Lyons Named Southern Division Player of the Week

Anoka-Ramsey Community College Men's Basketball guard Joe Lyons was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Week for his efforts in last week's games.

Lyons, a freshman from St. Paul, MN, averaged 20 points per game shooting 58% from the field (21-36) and 56% from the three-point line (14-25).

In a 95-74 win over Western Tech Lyons connected on 11 of 15 shots including 7 of 10 three-point attempts in scoring a career-high 30 points.

Anoka-Ramsey is 12-11 overall on the season.
